Do you build on my own lot, or only in your communities?
How long does a custom build take?
Most homes take between nine and twelve months from final design to handover, depending on size and selections. We give you a clear timeline before we break ground.
Can I change the floor plans, or are they fixed?
What is included in the price?
More than you might expect. Many features other builders treat as upgrades are standard in every Anthem home. We give you a transparent breakdown up front, with no surprises later.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every Anthem home is backed by our workmanship warranty and new home warranty coverage, and our support team is here long after you move in.
